Once we hand your package off to USPS we have no control over delivery.

WE ARE NOT ABLE TO GUARANTEE DELIVERY BY A SPECIFIC DATE and are not responsible for any delays that happen in transit. Please note that while we make every effort to get your order to you quickly Your order will be shipped to your Etsy address. Items ship either FIRST CLASS or PRIORITY MAIL. If you would like to get something else, please place a new order for the different item/s. We also recommend sending the return package insured as we cannot be held responsible for or issue refunds for lost or damaged returns.

While not required, it is best to send the package with a tracking number so you'll have confirmation that your package has arrived.

Items must be received in original, re-sellable condition.

All sales are final on trims and cut yardage. All merchandise must be returned in the original condition. Refunds are issued in the form of original payment (minus original shipping).
